Service Description
Hatha yoga is a foundational style of physical yoga, often considered an umbrella term for many modern practices, focusing on postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to balance body and mind. It's typically slower-paced, emphasizing holding poses for several breaths to build strength, flexibility, and awareness, making it excellent for beginners and for understanding core yoga principles, with "Ha" (sun) and "Tha" (moon) representing the balance of active and calming energies.

Cancellation Policy
We request unlimited live and virtual unlimited membership holders to try canceling if needed, at least 1 hour prior to the start of class. Class package holders will be charged 1 class from their class punch cards if they do not cancel 24 hours before the class has started. *Payment is due at the time of booking Unpaid sign ups will be removed from the class immediately and request will be sent to rebook w/ payment option. Class package & single class participants who cancel a class 24+hours before the class begins will receive a credit of 1 class. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is charged for the class as a missed class at full cost if you do not have a membership Please reach out via email or chat cancel at this time. Events /workshops are not ncluded classes & memberships. Classes, class passes, memberships, & event ticket purchases= non refundable. *** $85 live unlimited will be charged $10 for failure to cancel 2hrs in advance
