I was introduced to Black Garlic about 3 months ago. A friend was raving about it. I wasn’t feeling well so I decided to try some and within an hour I could feel my nausea dissipate and my gut started to feel more balanced. I needed to really dive In and learn more, so… I took the Google plunge and started researching black garlic, garlic, fermented garlic etc.
