- July 9th "Niyama" — Sanskrit for "moral observance"
- July 10th "Asana" — Sanskrit for "body posture"
- July 11th "Pranayama" — Sanskrit for "breath control"
- July 12th "Pratyahara" — Sanskrit for "withdrawal of the senses"
- July 13th "Dharana" — Sanskrit for "concentration"

The physical practice of yoga, asana, is only one step on the path toward a meaningful and purposeful life. These eight steps provide guidelines for moral and ethical actions, self-discipline, and personal spiritual direction. The effects of the eight limbs are cumulative, as each stage prepares you for the next.
- In this specific series we have an additional 6 days to prepare for the full moon that is called the buck moon and meets us at the first decline of summer solstice July 21st and draw energy to prepare us for the next phase into decrease of sunlight in the northern hemisphere
- Join us for a special focused class with Marie each day to dive deeper into connecting with your body and the world around you as you explore your own journey through yoga and meditation
