The Eight Limbs
Each day we will focus on one of the 8Limbs
Day1 begins July 8 with special focus on the pranayama and pratyahara during the phases of the new moon to prepare for the peak of summers buck moon July 21st
July 8th, 2024 "Yama" — Sanskrit for "moral discipline"
July 9th "Niyama" — Sanskrit for "moral observance"
July 10th "Asana" — Sanskrit for "body posture"
