Experience the flow of prana as we guide you through a moderate pace vinyasa style all levels flow class! at Sankalpa Bhogah. Our expert instructors will guide you through an invigorating flow, guiding you to safely challenge yourself to build on your asanas and play with intermediate postures. Take your practice to new heights and embrace the strength and balance as you focus on the breathe and body connection or just lay in savasana and challenge your ability to find stillness. As always take what you need when you find Freedom Flow classes.

Cancellation Policy
Unlimited Membership holders will not be charged for signing up and needing to miss a class. We do request that unlimited membership holders try to cancel your class within 1 hour of the start time. Class package holders will be charged 1 class from their class punch cards if they do not cancel 24 hours before the class has started. Payment is due at the time of booking Unpaid sign ups will be removed from the class immediately and request will be sent to rebook w/ payment option. Class package & single class participants who cancel a class 24+hours before the class begins will receive a credit of 1 class to their punch card OR for the SINGLE CLASS PURCHASES they will receive a class credit. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is charged for the class as a missed class. Events are completely separate from classes & memberships. Additionally classes, class passes, memberships, & event ticket purchases are non refundable. Policies on the website
